The group has worked in the IT market since 1969 and now consists of seven companies each of which is designed to provide its customers with solutions to their technical and organizational problems:

At present more than 250 people are employed in the group's companies. Their skill and experience represent the wealth of our group. The selection and training of our personnel are two of the principal features of our corporate policy. Every person, before being hired, takes part in a series of tests which evaluate both his/her knowledge and capability to fit in with a very dynamic environment. A considerable part of the group's resources is invested in research and in personnel training. Specific training plans enable the staff to be always up to date with the continuous innovations typical in this field. Our policy of personnel administration which focuses on constantly offering incentives and new opportunities as well as cultivating a sense of personal responsibility has enabled us to keep our staff turn-over index very low compared with the standards of the field.
